dear participants of Run Through The Jungle 3
1] course for 10 and 17km is almost clean you can go train on course (some ropes and marking will add before race) (north part of 34km need lot weeding)

3] only personal pickup of race in Runivore office, every runner may choose one of three color of TBR beanie and gloves (tbr or cotton). If you or your friend cannot pickup please contact us on email
4] any CHANGES (except T-shirt sizes) are possible till end of January
